  People v. Sweeney (Receiving and Concealing Stolen Property)
40th Circuit Court Lapeer County
Joe was a victim of an "investigation" that pointed directly at him. Stolen farm equipment on Joe's worksite meant the cops weren't going to lift a finger to fully investigate. It was up to Dan Ambrose to show the jury that Joe's employee was the one who stole the equipment. NOT GUILTY
