CLIENT VICTORIES
People v. Thomason (Assault and Battery)
52-2 District Court Clarkston

For defending against someone pushing his mother, Tommy ended up falsely accused by people looking to get his money. Their lies were exposed. NOT GUILTY.

Click for the actual 911 Call

1st call to 911.

Click and listen for the quote "Tommy's Million Dollars. Bye Bye!"

911 operator tells the ambulance dispatcher that the caller is intoxicated.

The White Lake Inn

Tommy is at the White Lake Inn with his family. Adam Johnstone, Dana Cachetti, and Frank Percha three people Tommy thought were “friends” accuse him of punching, kicking, and throwing to the ground the local drunk, Frank Percha. Adam Johnstone calls 911. When he thinks he is on hold with 911 and he’s not being recorded he says “Don’t worry . Were gonna sue the shit out of him. Tommy’s million dollars, bye bye. Tommy had received a settlement for a prior injury, and Frank and Adam wanted to get their hands on it.

What actually happened is that Frank had pushed Tommy’s mom. When Tommy finds out about it he confronts Frank. Frank and Tommy end up tussling on the ground because Frank came at Tommy and Tommy had to defend himself.

Five days after Tommy’s exoneration we filed a lawsuit against Frank, Adam, and Dana for Malicious Prosecution so that Tommy can recover his attorney fees. That suit is currently pending. I warned Frank before the trial that if he did not retract his lies that I was going to sue him after I exposed his lies and proved Tommy’s innocence.

I am a man of my word!
