Frank and Julius were not going to allow their neighbors to continue to ignore the law by allowing their weeds to keep growing into Frank and Julius' lawn, which would eventually kills the roses they were growing. Some weed pulling soon turned into the neighbor's outlandish claims that they the Pawlichas destroyed their fence. The case was DISMISSED.
I do not know if the officer is part of the conspiracy, incompetent, or just stupid. In his report he wrote things that make no sense, like they bent the wood. He never looked into any motives for the accusers to lie. Worst of all he just showed up and arrested these two men and took them to jail. This was a cruel act. Any other person accused of this charge would be sent a letter to come to the police station to be processed and arraigned.
Frank and Julius are two brothers who live in the same house that they grew up in as children. They keep to themselves, and mind their own business.
I contacted the prosecutor and offered to share with her the results of my investigation which proved these men’s innocence. She told me to save it for the jury. I told her that if the state dropped these false charges that my clients would promise not to sue their accusers for malicious prosecution. She chuckled.
One Friday we selected a jury. We would have to wait five weeks to have the actual trial. During this period I contacted the man who gave the estimate for the repairs to the fence. He agreed to meet me at the fence to review his estimate. We met and inspected the fence. He wrote out a statement that the fence was not damaged and in fact had been repaired. I knew that the fence was never damaged in the first place but there was no benefit to forcing him to admit that he was either wrong or had been paid off. I sent the prosecutor a copy of my findings. Upon confirmation of the information I provided to her she dismissed all charges.
I have filed a lawsuit against Frank and Julius’s accusers. Justice will be served when they are forced to pay the brothers for the financial and emotional damage that their lies inflicted. |
