CLIENT VICTORIES
  People v. Aycox (Felonious Assault)

In a bar with racists, Albert Aycox's friend Charles, who is African American, has a beer bottle broken over his head in the bathroom. Albert's friend fights back, and Albert is attacked by two men in the parking lot. Dan Ambrose, on Albert's second trial, showed the jury that charging Albert with a felony was a joke. NOT GUILTY

Police Report

Rob stood accused of home invasion, felonious assault, and felony firearm. His two accusers, Richardand his prostitute girlfriend Michelle, testified that he drove his truck up to the front door of their home, got out, came barging through the front door with a gun drawn and demanded to know where his girlfriend, A.J., was at. Rob looked around the house and left. Rob lived only three doors down. The police came to Rob’s house and arrested him. They searched his house and found a hand gun.

The first trial was handled by another lawyer and resulted in a hung jury.
On the second trial I was able to use the transcript to expose the lies of these three men. I asked the officer, “did it appear that Albert was the aggressor when he was on the ground in the fetal position being kicked?”

Through my own crime scene investigation a year after the incident I found the bolt on the urinal that the man hit his head on. It still had dried blood on it.

The jury sent Charles home an innocent man, his reputation intact.
